Two weeks ago the old stoep (porch) roof was removed and a start with the new look was made.
Locally found dead Leadwood trees are being used for the columns.
A beautiful grass roof is now covering the stoep where one can sit in the shade while watching the animals pass by.
After a while

The big rebuild has started.
Enormous amounts of debris lying everywhere.
The amount of work that has been done in the first few days boggles the mind.
Slowly but surely everything has been cleared away and it is now ready for the makeover.
